Here's a small personal opinion for everyone. It needs to have some innovation, but it doesn't have to be too big. It should have experimentation and a sufficient amount of work. I submitted it in February, got rejected once and then resubmitted with minor revisions. Finally, it was accepted after 9 months. I initially submitted it in early February, received a rejection in mid-April and resubmitted it in mid-May. After minor revisions in mid-November, it was accepted within a week.
