After submitting the manuscript, it usually takes one month for review. The editor-in-chief is very nice. After waiting for 11 months, I reminded them to review the manuscript, and they directly gave a minor revision. I submitted the revised manuscript two weeks later, and it was accepted within a week. It is a journal with an ABS2 rating. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider submitting to this journal.
