I am really amused. This journal is no longer in the top list of Chinese Academy of Sciences this year. It's good that it's been cancelled. I suggest everyone to submit to other journals in the future. Manuscripts submitted to this journal are left with the editor for over a month without being sent for review. They don't reply to reminder emails, but instead invite you to review other manuscripts in the system.

I suggest submitting to other places instead of resubmitting here. I was told to resubmit my manuscript here, only to be told to submit elsewhere afterwards. Also, it seems like this is a Chinese editor. They don't work during the May 1st holiday and rejected me after just a brief look on May 6th. It's a waste of time, almost a month wasted.

1. Define figure symbols and curves either in a legend in the figure itself or in the caption. Make the height of the smallest capital letters and numerals at least 2 mm and make the diameter of each data point at least 1 mm. Make a curve’s linewidth at least 0.18 mm (0.5 point). Avoid small open symbols, shading, and cross-hatching in figures.

2. To strengthen your case for novelty and relevance, consider more recent heat transfer papers (last 5 years).

Hahahaha, I submitted a piece of work that my boss thought could be published in the supplementary issue, but unfortunately it didn't make it. If I had known earlier, I would have tried submitting to a few different sections. Isn't this ridiculous? In the future, let's all just aim for ATE.
