I submitted my manuscript in March, who would have thought that it would take WE a whole 3 months! During this period, any reminder emails were ignored, and contacting customer service yielded no response from the editors. I was thinking of giving up and submitting to another platform when I finally received an UR. However, after making the necessary revisions and resubmitting, I found myself back in the WE process again. What could be the reason for this? Did the reviewers disappear? Or are the editors just unreliable? Regardless, being unable to contact WE for three months is frustrating, especially after resubmitting and still facing delays. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this situation and speed up the process?
