Overall slow process. Submitted in March of the 24th year, the editor returned the manuscript in May, saying that a figure was not labeled and needed to be added (although it was actually labeled). This wasted two months. Officially submitted for review on 5-28, one reviewer immediately responded with comments, while the other reviewer delayed until 7-23. The editor decided to give a deadline for revisions by 8-30. It took 14 days to make the revisions and send them back (9-15), and then the editor provided feedback on formatting suggestions (which was usually replied to on the same day). Entered the final decision stage on 9-20, and officially accepted on 10-23. Not recommended for submitting graduation articles, as it was a very torturous process.

Submitted on May 14, 2024, it took a long time for the Editorial Team to reply and request for the original data. The process involved multiple rounds of providing and re-providing the data until the Editorial Team contact person changed (thank goodness the previous lady was on vacation!). On July 31, 2024, the article was under review. On September 2, 2024, the review comments were returned, requesting revisions. A response letter was sent on September 19, 2024. On September 25, 2024, 2 images were resubmitted as requested due to high pixelation. Finally, on September 26, 2024, the article was accepted for publication.

Despite encountering some trouble with the initial contact during the first stage, the review process was relatively quick, and the editorial team demonstrated high efficiency with timely email updates at each stage. Overall, the impression was quite positive. This being the second article, although the impact factor has slightly decreased in recent years, I still believe it is good enough for graduation purposes.
