I submitted a paper on September 20th and still have not received any updates from the system. I found out that one of the reviewers accepted the paper on October 4th but there has been no communication since then. It's already December and I can't wait any longer, so I am considering withdrawing the submission. The editor is very irresponsible and only gives generic responses. This journal will eventually ruin itself. Authors should be cautious when submitting to them.
