After submitting the manuscript, it took a long time for it to reach the editor, about a month. Then Professor Wang Ruzhu almost sent it all for review! After that, everything proceeded normally, with two reviewers chosen, one Chinese and one foreigner based on the language used in the manuscript. The process went smoothly from there. Overall, it took about three to four months.

Submitted on July 7th, submitted to journal, after waiting for about a month without any changes, I contacted the journal's online customer service, they replied that there are too many backlogged submissions and they are slowly processing them, it will be my turn soon;
On August 6th, it changed to under review, around this time, the dates changed many times, they were still looking for reviewers;
On September 7th, it changed to Reject, the reason given was that they couldn't find reviewers and didn't want to waste my time
