After agreeing to accept, the corresponding author will receive the signing agreement and Proof within 2 days (not necessarily at the same time). When checking the Proof, it is best to check every letter of every word, as there may be a sneaky exclamation mark or "-" added somewhere, and references may be mixed up (references are not numbered, so you have to scroll up and down the article during Proofreading).

Now, each Figure must have a Short Description and Long Description during Proofreading, but the significance is unknown.

The administrator is Catherine Murray, and she usually responds to emails after 6 or 7 pm Beijing time.
There are three reviewers in total. After finding the first two reviewers, the editor may have difficulty finding a reviewer to personally review the paper. The editor works on multiple perception machines (is this a traditional machine learning thing?) as well as SWE and KWE (is this related to complex functions and integral transforms or signal systems?). He asked me to reference his relevant literature, but I am not very familiar with these fields and hope he will not reject my paper.
