The review process is too slow. It takes 8 months for the initial review and another 8 months for the re-review after revisions. We have to send emails to the editorial department to urge them to take the next step. I don't understand why the reviewers they choose are so busy.

The related papers have already been published in well-established journals such as RMRE and Gfour. It feels very unreasonable, only accepting invited submissions or those from acquaintances.
