I searched on Web of Science and found that the latest papers indexed in Chinese Science Bulletin (1001-6538) are from 2014, and the official website in Spring also shows that it has ceased publication. 
However, the Chinese Science Bulletin that has just been promoted to a top tier is with ISSN 0023-074X. On LetPub, its name is Chinese Science Bulletin-Chinese, so it is likely that the former has ceased publication and the latter has started anew.
