Received two sets of review comments on April 12th.
The third reviewer never provided feedback.
On April 28th, the editor rejected the paper.
It seems like one reviewer suggested major revisions (as they provided two reference papers), while another reviewer completely rejected the paper for publication.
What a tough situation.
