I have reviewed a manuscript for this journal once. Overall, the review process is slow, and a paper has to go through several rounds of revisions. There is a certain requirement for the originality of the articles, and the quality of the articles is acceptable. However, due to the large increase in the number of submissions, the reputation has declined somewhat, and I hope it does not become a journal focused solely on making money.
