There is a certain requirement for the originality of the articles, and the quality of the articles is acceptable. The submission has been quiet for a long time, almost 2 months, and it was returned for formatting changes. Submitting is quite troublesome. 
At the same time, finding an editor in this field is time-consuming. It took almost five months to receive three opinions, which were quite professional and challenging. 
The editor decided to return the manuscript for revisions and resubmission. 
I am still considering whether to resubmit. Overall, it is very time-consuming. It feels like a waste of time.
