After acceptance, we have to wait almost a month and a half for the proof stage.
It took six months, so if you're in a hurry to graduate, don't submit to this journal. The review process is slow and the official procedures are very dragging.

@AAAAAAAasdff, gave feedback on August 8th and it was revised on August 27th. There hasn't been any movement since then, and I feel like this journal is quite slow in terms of speed.

The journal recommended by the conference, after minor revisions, was accepted for publication directly. The whole process took about a month. I originally wanted to submit to RAL, but now it's more convenient to publish in a Tier 3 journal without being counted by the school. However, I still need to write another paper for RAL.

Submitted a long-term journal with 16 pages, contacted the TMRB office, and quickly received a reply agreeing to submit an article exceeding 12 pages. Two months after submission, received a first round decision of major revisions, with comments from two reviewers - one suggesting major revision and the other accepting with constructive and professional feedback. After making revisions according to the comments, resubmitted and was accepted two months later. It may be due to quickly finding reviewers, and also because my advisor made many revisions before submitting the article. My advisor strongly recommended me to submit to TMRB, saying that journals under RAS are all very good, and that this journal, which combines robotics and healthcare, is highly regarded.
