Does it still need to be within 30 pages?

I'm very speechless, first of all, let me tell you the result: The article went through two rounds of revisions, taking about 11 months, and was ultimately rejected. During this period, a total of 6 reviewers were involved, with 4 of them indicating acceptance after the first round of revisions. The remaining two reviewers provided feedback for the second round: one reviewer's feedback in both rounds was somewhat off-topic, and the other reviewer continued to request an expansion of the introduction section. In the final decision in the third round, the two reviewers with somewhat off-topic feedback suggested rejection due to excessive length, while the other reviewer who had been fixated on the introduction finally stopped fixating on it and suggested minor revisions. Ultimately, the editor cited "persistent issues after two rounds of revisions" as the reason for the rejection decision made on the day before Christmas Eve, December 23rd.

Subsequently, we restored the introduction section to the original version submitted to ISA, and resubmitted it to the journal "Nonlinear Dynamics", where it was accepted after just one round of minor revisions.
