It has been over 90 days since submission, and it is still in the "Editor Assigned" status, extremely speechless. I have asked the submission system twice before, once after a month and once after two months, and the editorial office apologized in their email response. After some time passed and there was still no change in status, I directly emailed the editorial office, only to be told off and informed that they cannot rush the editors. They also mentioned that reputable journals usually take four months, emphasizing that their journal is a good one. I suspect they only dare to respond like this in private emails. It has been over three months now, and I have asked the submission system again; I expect a response tomorrow. I am truly at a loss, but there is no withdrawal link, otherwise I would have withdrawn it long ago.
