Update on progress, submitted in early January, received modification suggestions approximately 2 and a half months later. There were not many suggestions, but there were quite a few changes to make, all of which were replied to carefully. The necessary changes were made, and additional information was added. Due to the limit of 6 figures and tables, the new figures were placed in the supplementary materials. It took about a month to complete all the modifications, and after revising, it was not resubmitted for review and has been accepted.

The submission process lasted for 8 months, including one major revision, one minor revision, and one supplemental disclosure information. It feels like the external reviewers were not the same each time, which is a bit confusing. However, the editorial team was very efficient, as they almost immediately processed the reviewer comments each time, with only a 2-day turnaround from completion of the review to acceptance notification.
