I submitted it on August 7th and it came back on September 18th for me to revise, giving me a month's time. There were three reviewers, two of whom accepted it, but one seemed to be an elderly person who didn't comment much on the content and kept focusing on the methods, indicating that they may not think it's acceptable. In any case, the editor asked me to revise it. The latest deadline for submission is October 18th, but I was slow in making changes. Around October 13th, the editor sent a reminder email for submission. I submitted it on October 17th. However, it has been two weeks now and it still shows "Editorial Review," indicating that it is still in the hands of the editor and they haven't sent it for a second review.
