The three no journals, submit to the Franklin Journal directly, do not send for review, ask to resubmit. If you really want to make money, then find authors who have already submitted to the Franklin Journal, take some time out to help out. I submitted to Franklin, recommended by someone, but after checking, it turns out to be a journal without impact factor, not even indexed in EI. I won't submit to a journal without impact factor.

Submitted at the end of March, revised at the end of July, submitted for final revisions on August 15, and accepted by the end of September. Overall, the speed is okay, but changing editors and inviting reviewers took too much time, otherwise it could have been faster. Unfortunately, this journal is too new and only listed in the DOAJ database, so my school doesn't really recognize it. It's a pity.
