I happened to catch up with the internal transition of the journal with this article, which took a long time. It was submitted on August 4th, 2019 and accepted on May 28th, 2020. During this period, it went through a major revision and was reviewed by two reviewers. One reviewer accepted it directly, while the other, possibly a junior colleague, raised some sharp questions.
