I submitted an article on measurement direction 23 years ago, contacted the editor to arrange an urgent review, but it was rejected within a month. The opinions of the three reviewers were quite fair, and the professionalism was stronger than that of APL Photonics. They mainly indicated that the innovation did not meet the journal's standards, but they provided a lot of discussion suggestions. I have now submitted another article in 25 years, and there has been no response for over two months.
