It's quite disappointing. I submitted it in October last year, received initial feedback from the editor in early February, and final feedback from the experts in early March. It has been over a month now and still in the process of revision. The editor hasn't even looked at it yet. I'm waiting for the results. It's already in the third round of review, and the cost-effectiveness is too low. I really have no strength to comment on it.

Do not submit to this journal, it is really really slow and very bad. I submitted a paper on November 20th last year, and it has been showing assigned editor ever since; finally got an editor but it has been sitting in their hands without being sent for review; finally sent for review and when it came back in March 8th, it was not acted upon until today, May 1st when I received a rejection. Really terrible, wasted so much of my time, and now dropped to tier three.
