Once during a meeting, I chatted with the editor-in-chief of JFR magazine. There are more authors from China who submit articles to this magazine and their articles are the most published. However, everyone is not actively participating in the review process (rejecting reviews, refusing to review articles for the second time), which the editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief find very helpless. I hope everyone can actively participate in the review process and contribute to the normal operation of the magazine.

It took a total of seven months, with acceptance after two minor revisions.
First review: 3 months
Second review: 2 and a half months
Proofreading: close to 1 month
Overall, the difficulty is not great, but the pace is quite slow. Although it was a minor revision, the review process felt somewhat cumbersome, with most comments focusing on the experimental part, which ultimately included 5 major experiments in the paper.
