Please be cautious when submitting manuscripts to this journal. Initially submitted in early March, I received the first round of reviews at the end of July, with the email clearly stating that the paper would be accepted after revisions. The reviewers' comments were relatively easy to address. However, after revising the manuscript, an unreasonable rejection was issued. One reviewer indicated acceptance while the other had some doubts but did not outright reject it. The editor rejected the paper (unless you are a big shot with a well-known team). I expressed my disagreement and after further communication, was allowed to resubmit. The lengthy review process began again, with two reviewers proposing minor revisions and the third reviewer stating that the research did not fit within the scope of the journal. Ultimately, the editor rejected the paper. After a year of back and forth, it seems like they were intentionally playing with people's emotions. Totally outrageous.
