After the first review, it took RC nearly half a month to become DIP. DIP was rejected on the same day. One of the two reviewers, although suggesting major revisions, used extreme language. The other reviewer's feedback had nearly twenty points, including suggesting citations from MDPI papers. However, in the decision email from the editor, it was not clear whether the reviewer recommended rejection or major revisions. If it was a rejection, suggesting citations was quite interesting. In the end, the associate editor clearly rejected the paper. Overall, it is not very friendly for those who are rushing to meet graduation deadlines.
