It was rejected in March, but the editor-in-chief and deputy editor thought it was okay and gave me the opportunity to resubmit. I then added a lot of content and resubmitted in April. It took about two months for the review process, followed by two rounds of major revisions where I added even more content. In the end, it was successfully accepted. The editor-in-chief and deputy editor worked very quickly throughout the process, with high efficiency and no delays at any stage.
