The first review took three months, and it has been four months since the second review with no news. I sent an email to the editor but haven't received a reply. I don't know what's going on. Continuing to wait is not an option, and withdrawing the submission is not ideal either. I really don't recommend submitting to this journal.

It is now 2023.12.02, a whole year has passed, neither accepted nor rejected.
The latest status updated today has changed from Awaiting Reviewer Scores to awaiting recommendation (the second revision just required some changes in the reference format, but it has been over three months since the second revision was submitted).
Basically, each process takes at least one month to start, with status updates on the last two days of each month or the first two days of each month, and each round of revisions involves a new editor, which I find quite confusing.
For those who are submitting for graduation, please be cautious, it is really too torturous
