2020.02.11, submission; 2020.03.04, there were 3 reviewers and major revision was required; 2020.03.16, it was submitted after revision; 2020.03.19, accept. I do research on water swelling rubber material. The review speed was fast. The first two reviewers raised 18 suggestions; it was estimated that the last reviewer said there was a problem with the language after a glance. It was quickly accepted after major revision.
