The slow pace is the editor-in-chief's issue and has nothing to do with the selection of editors. I have always been responsible as the editor-in-chief. It may be because the STJ office is slow in checking for plagiarism or similar issues, as they have not yet sent it to the editors. That's how I understand it.

Returned for revision on July 28, 2025, marked as WE.
Returned after 10 days on August 7, 2025, marked as UR, but only sent to reviewer 1. I believe the editor carefully reviewed the issues raised by reviewer 2 and my responses, and decided it was unnecessary to send it back to reviewer 2.
Reviewer 1 completed the review on August 10, 2025, in the Easville 00 system. However, the submission system still showed UR from August 7, lagging behind.
Late night on August 13, DIP.
Early morning on August 14, Accept.

The entire process from submission to acceptance took a total of 2 months. The editor of this journal is quite busy but also appears to be very diligent. The editor will carefully review the revised documents and decide whether to send it back to the reviewers based on the situation. The reviewers are knowledgeable in their field, focusing on reproducibility and technical contributions, and they review quickly. Overall, it was a good submission experience. I hope my experience can help others.

Interestingly, both reviewers were quite positive. However, the editor said, "The reviewers have made comments on your paper. They pointed out that the current form of the paper is not acceptable for publication. However, if you believe you can address the reviewers' comments effectively (including the following), I suggest you revise and resubmit your manuscript." It sounded scary, but I thought the editor was giving me a chance. After reading the reviewers' comments, I feel okay.
