The first round of reviews is given after two months, with a total of two reviewers. However, these reviewers are neither junior nor senior colleagues, and they raise numerous strange and difficult questions, making it challenging to respond. The review process for a Tier 3 journal feels even stricter than for an Open Access journal, as the reviewers' comments cannot be changed, leaving the fate of the paper uncertain. (0) 讚！ \| DEXT2013
