Please do not submit in a hurry. The submission on August 10th was returned by the editorial department on August 16th due to formatting issues, and was resubmitted the same day after modification. As I didn't want to wait any longer, I emailed the editorial department on August 21st to request a return, but have not received any response. I emailed again on August 24th and still haven't heard back. It has been half a month and the submission is still with the editorial department.
