I was about to give up but luckily kept waiting persistently because I submitted an optimization algorithm for design problems, there may be fewer reviewers, waited for a long time, received major revisions at the end of May, although major, they were mainly about writing references, abstracts, and conclusions. Overall, the reviewers were quite satisfied with the experiments. After making the revisions, it was directly accepted as is yesterday.
