Why is this journal so difficult to submit to? I'm super annoyed, submitted two papers, one was rejected for not fitting the scope, the other was said to be good but lacked sufficient data to support the conclusion. If the data is not enough, just say no, why give positive feedback first and then reject it? And now they say it doesn't fit the scope? I'm starting to doubt if what I'm working on is even related to nanomaterials.
