Please donot submit at here, their response is very slow, I submitted two papers at here, both they rejected after having 3-4 months. 
It simply shows under Editor Assignment, and after that they recomend to transfer. 
Bad experince both times.

Do not submit. They are extremely slow in responding to emails. I submitted on 3.3 and the next day it passed the technical check and was assigned to an editor. On 4.15, I emailed to inquire about the progress and was told it was with the editor, but there was no update in the system. I sent another email on 5.15 but received no response. On 5.19, I emailed again to ask about the progress and mentioned that if there was no progress, I would withdraw my submission. On 5.20, the assistant replied saying the editor would handle it quickly. On 5.21, the editor replied and rejected the submission.

i want to let you know whatever journal you choose but dont choose this journal, i had very bad experience with this journal, they keep my manuscript for almost 8 months , after 8 months they reject my manuscript with only 4 comments , and all 4 comments was about citation i dont even got a single comment about my research.

Then it shows "ready to be assigned to an editor"
And then there is no "and then"
I sent an email to urge the editor
The editor said they forwarded it to the editor
I will be informed if there is any news
The website shows "days to first decision 14 days"
Just take a look, it's too slow.
