The processing speed and review speed of this journal are quite fast, probably because my research is focused on gliomas. One day after submission, it entered peer review, and one month later, the review comments were returned, giving 15 days for revisions. I barely made the deadline for resubmission, and it was accepted two days later. Three reviewers provided nearly 30 review comments, some of which were repetitive, but some were quite challenging. They requested additional cell experiments, as well as single-cell transcriptome/spatial transcriptome/clinical cohort experiments (Do you understand what you are talking about? Can these be done within 15 days? Why would I even submit to a journal like this if I could do these experiments?). Eventually, I realized and conducted clinical cohort analysis using different public databases, downloading publicly available scRNA/spatial RNA seq datasets from GEO to analyze and present my research focus, which finally addressed the reviewers' concerns. Overall, reviewers should not be catered to, and their requests for additional experiments should not be strictly followed as if they were decrees, as both time and funding are not something I, a small researcher, can afford. However, questions from reviewers cannot be avoided or dodged, and must be explained clearly with evidence, requiring more experimental data and a deeper understanding of the research topic. Although it is just a small journal, the review comments were not superficial, and I put in a lot of effort to address the questions.

A magazine that is not recommended at all. The editorial level of the magazine is too low and lacks professionalism. The level of the reviewers they found is simply unacceptable. Reading the comments can be frustrating. They don't even know the basic international evaluative standards in the relevant field, but they still review articles? Moreover, they don't even read the manuscripts carefully, they just look at the figures and tables and give opinions. Most of the questions raised have clear and detailed explanations in the article. Three reviewers, one suggesting revisions, one not even reading the article and giving an unequivocal comment, and the other one having no knowledge of the research field. The editors themselves lack even the most basic professional knowledge, just following the reviewers' opinions. I have submitted two articles and both have been handled in this way. Speechless
