It's very disappointing, very slow. The submission was made on June 27th, and only one review invitation was sent out in the middle of several months. After urging via email, a few more review invitations were added, and it took another month for two opinions to finally be received. The opinions from the first and second experts were very different, and the submission was rejected on November 18th. It's outrageous, wasting 5 months of time.

This magazine made me very sad. I submitted my article in May 2013 and have not received any response. In October of the same year, I wrote a letter to the editor. They quickly replied, saying that it was likely to be published. A week later, there were only two suggestions for revisions, one of which was to add citations to articles from this magazine in the references. I carefully made the changes. In the second revision, there was only one request to change the citation numbers in the text to superscript. I made the changes and was preparing to hear good news. However, unexpectedly two weeks later, I received a response saying, "unfortunately, your article cannot be published." No reason was given. It may have been rejected in the final review. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or if this magazine discriminates against articles by Chinese scholars. I don't know
