However, it is advisable to choose carefully as the situation in Russia is not good recently, and the process may be very slow, with no acceptance notification. I don't think we need to do this yet, I haven't even reached that stage yet. I remember that we can submit scanned documents. The main journal is sanctioned, so we can only proceed with the first step of publication now. The next step can only be taken in April.

However, if you are in a hurry to graduate, it is not recommended to submit because although it accepts submissions relatively quickly, the editor mentioned that the magazine is subject to external sanctions, and the publication process is very slow. The article I just submitted will not be published until after April 2025.
