2012 submitted the manuscript in March, and then asked about the status of the manuscript twice, said that it had been submitted for review, and asked again in 2013-8, replied that the external audit did not return, and requested to resubmit three reviewers. Currently, it is intended to be retracted.

At 2.5 months after submission, I had not heard back. There is no way to check the review status so I wrote several letters and asked questions, but I did not receive a reply.  If you are given the choice, don’t select this journal. I wrote a letter to the editor. I did not receive a reply within two days and I retracted the manuscript.
