I submitted on 12.28 and it seems like it was under review (UR) just 3 days later. Then I saw that the system invited 17 reviewers, but only 1 accepted the invitation after 1 week. The reviewer submitted the review report after 1 week, but the status is still UR and I can't see the review report. Can I email them to inquire about this situation? Should they invite more reviewers in general?
