Received revision comments on April 10th from two reviewers. One accepted it directly, while the other provided three positive suggestions for improvement. The submission system did not indicate whether major or minor revisions were required.
Sent the revised version on April 15th.
Received an acceptance email on April 16th.

It is strongly not recommended to submit to this journal. The review speed is extremely slow: I submitted it in November 2016; I made a major revision in October 2017; it was accepted on November 2017; it was prepared for publication in August 2018; I was informed that it was cancelled as there were too many articles pended to be published on this journal. I was suggested transferring. Two-and-a-half-year results: submission, major revision, acceptance, to be published, pended, be suggested transferring. Super big cheat! Whoever submitted knows!
