The review speed is extremely slow: I submitted it in November 2016; I made a major revision in October 2017; it was accepted on November 2017; it was prepared for publication in August 2018; I was informed that it was cancelled as there were too many articles pended to be published on this journal. I was suggested transferring. Two-and-a-half-year results: submission, major revision, acceptance, to be published, pended, be suggested transferring. Super big cheat! Whoever submitted knows!
