2024-10-24 13:35:35 評論於 The author submitted the manuscript in January 2024, but it was rejected due to incorrect formatting. They resubmitted it three days later using the official template from "https://jpels.org/static/paper". After seeing that most initial drafts on the forum required major revisions, they received a notice for major revisions at the end of March. The wait in between was agonizing. After making revisions, they had to wait for a long time. By mid-June, the manuscript was "Accepted but needs final editing". Although it was not published as open access, they still had to pay a page charge of $50 per page. After paying the fee, the manuscript was finally accepted in August and published in mid-October.
