Please stop submitting to this journal. It is a garbage journal. They need to seriously revise and resubmit. The second reviewer and editor Gerardo Diaz are completely irresponsible. The comments provided by the second reviewer for revisions are exactly the same as the comments provided during the first revision, indicating that they didn't even look at the revised manuscript or response letter. Only the first reviewer was responsible and serious. This kind of garbage journal can be submitted to anyone who likes it. I wish this associate editor and the second reviewer will be treated the same way by other experts in the future. It's a waste of my four months.
