The first revision requires 21 days for rework. The first reviewer finished quickly, but the second one hasn't finished after 10 days, which is frustrating. The second reviewer was also slow during the first round of revisions.

The editing was excessive, it took a month from "we" to "ur", and it took another month for the external review to invite reviewers, with two people accepting. The first reviewer came back with major revisions, and before the second reviewer's opinion could come back, the paper was rejected. It was a waste of two months, and arguing was futile.
