Finally, after another major revision, the paper was accepted. It seems that this journal especially likes to give rejections and resubmissions. The key is that when you resubmit, you don't return to the original reviewers and they like to find many new reviewers. Various operations, I don't know why. I have had several papers rejected and resubmitted.

The editing was excessive, it took a month from "we" to "ur", and it took another month for the external review to invite reviewers, with two people accepting.
