After two rounds of external review, the first round resulted in only one review comment (minor revision). The editor requested revisions and resubmission. After resubmission, three new reviewers were sought to assess the changes. It appeared that the first two reviewers had recommended rejection and minor revision, so a third reviewer was brought in for arbitration. The third reviewer suggested major revisions, and after the editor integrated all review comments, major revisions were requested. Following the major revisions, the paper was accepted approximately 20 days later.

Results will be released on November 5th, with minor formatting adjustments. 
Both reviewers have no objections and agree to accept the manuscript. One of them responded: "I am very pleased to see that all of my previous comments and suggestions have been thoroughly and effectively addressed. The manuscript meets the standards for publication in this journal. I have no further suggestions and recommend acceptance in its present form. It feels like the revisions were worth it, I am touched."
The editor has requested some formatting changes, but it should be good to go.
