However, they provided some constructive feedback, and it was true that the first paper was not very well-written. After making some improvements and adding experiments, I submitted it again, but it was rejected shortly afterwards. This time, the reviewers' comments were not helpful at all, and the rejection seemed inexplicable. The rejection of the second paper was even more ridiculous, as they simply found a few reasons to reject it. It feels like this journal is very unreasonable, so I advise everyone to be cautious when submitting papers, as there is a high probability of wasting time.

The official publication of the Taiwan Chinese Medical Association, I have submitted two articles in the 19-21 years, one Meta and one research article, both of which were accepted. The page fees are very cheap, and editors can communicate in Chinese via email. However, after 22 years, four submissions were rejected directly, feeling very unfriendly to mainland authors now, so everyone should be cautious. Later, when I submitted to another journal, they were all accepted.
