The 72nd floor is quite funny. The article is definitely not going to be sent for review. The journal has changed its editor and become much stricter. There are five reviewers, and it takes over a month to receive their feedback. Four revisions are required before acceptance or rejection. Major revisions take longer. After one month, the article is sent back for a second review. Four reviewers accept it, while one suggests minor revisions. After making the revisions, it is accepted within half a month. The whole process takes a little over three months. There are quite a few reviewers for this journal, making it harder to submit than before.

I do not recommend submitting to this journal, let alone submitting with such a high impact factor. There is no fairness at all. I have submitted twice, both times they asked for format changes first, then after a few minutes with the editor, my manuscript was rejected shortly after receiving a manuscript number. I suspect many editors are biased. I really hope Taiwan will reunify soon!

I submitted the paper on the night of 6.24 and uploaded all the materials as required. In fact, it was not until the morning of 6.25 that I finally clicked on approval. The next day, the submission number was issued. In the afternoon of 6.27, the status was changed to submitted to the journal, and it was sent for review within a few hours. In the first half of the month, 5 people who were sent the manuscript did not accept the review. On the 9th, another 6 were sent out, with three people accepting within a day. One of them even completed the review on the same day. I don't know what their opinions are. The process seems to be similar to the previous one. I am also curious why the manuscript was not directly sent to the people who provided feedback last time when it was rejected and resubmitted. Even if new reviewers were added, it should have been sent directly to those 6 people, instead of first sending it to the previous 5 and then adding more. This is causing delays.
