The resubmission date has not changed since July 14th. It has been 100 days since the second revision, and one reviewer has accepted but not reviewed the manuscript. Despite sending emails and contacting the Elsevier customer service, there has been no follow-up. It is frustrating that the reviewer and editor have both disappeared.
