On July 28, 2025, I revised and edited more than twenty comments from two reviewers. The reviewers carefully pointed out some vague areas and text errors in my article, prompting the need for additional experiments. The editor gave a deadline of August 11, allowing two weeks for revisions. However, due to time constraints, I contacted the editor to postpone the deadline to the 18th. The editor agreed and informed me that he would be unavailable from the 15th to the 30th, giving me ample time to make revisions.

On August 12, 2025, the editor sent eight reviewers, including the previous two, and I noticed three new ones on the public platform. It is likely that two of them are from the first round, indicating an additional reviewer.

By August 15, 2025, the system showed that the Required Reviews for the first round were completed.

On August 17, 2025, the public platform displayed three Required Reviews Completed.

Currently, it remains Required Reviews Completed, and the Italian editor will not be able to handle the manuscript until after the 30th.

The first review took nearly 2 months with 15 days for revisions. After returning the revised manuscript, one of the reviewers disappeared. It wasn't until a month and a half later that the editor provided further submission suggestions and informed the reviewer that the manuscript was recommended for publication. The resubmission was made within 14 days and was accepted the next day.

Extremely disgusting submission experience, it took half a month for the submission to be reviewed. The longest review by one of the three reviewers took three weeks, and one of the reviewers only provided one comment. After all three reviewers completed their reviews, it remained in the "Required Revisions Completed" (RRC) status for over half a month. Overall, it was in the editor's hands for a month, resulting in a journal with extremely low cost-effectiveness.
