Sure enough, the second review was rejected, and it seems that DIP is the prelude to rejection.
The second review still has the same four reviewers: two accepted, one minor revision, and the reviewer who rejected it still rejected it (not believing in the experimental results).

May 1, 2025 Revision was done by YF Zheng. Surprisingly, there were four reviewers (quite impressive), two minor revisions, one major revision, and one rejection.
May 12, 2025 Re-submitted directly refuted some comments, unnecessary to add comprehensive data as ML is a concise article.
May 13, 2025 Under review should probably go back to the hands of the previous four reviewers.
