My paper is a research paper (not a review) that took over a month to be submitted. It then went through another month of review. The editor sent it to 12 reviewers, 9 of whom accepted the review request, but only 8 reviewers ultimately submitted their comments. Among the 8 reviewers, Reviewer 1 rejected it outright, while the other 7 reviewers requested minor revisions. After resubmission, Reviewer 1 had a change of heart and accepted the paper after the first round of revisions.
