Revised on 19 Sep 2024, returned to the two reviewers before, one of the reviewers has been refusing to re-review, and the other has completed the review. I feel that the two editors of this journal are quite laissez-faire. If you are in a hurry, I do not recommend submitting to this journal. It is really very casual.
