This journal wants to improve must do the following: 1. Highlight a field as a focus and create its own characteristics; 2. Review manuscripts using two reviewers (reviewers are preferably invited to be associate professors and assistant professors, never invite so-called top professors, but editors invite top mathematicians to serve), first reduce the number of articles included to less than 100 per year, improve the quality of articles and the reputation of the journal.

Submission was made in April of the 23rd year (directly sent via email), and in December, suggestions for revisions were provided by the reviewers. The following year, in January, the submission was made online.

Overall, it is a very good comprehensive magazine with consistently positive reputation. Many classic articles have been published in it. It is slightly inferior to "Advances in Mathematics". The submission method is to directly email the relevant editors.
